Stop the Madness needs YOU!
Donating will help to:
• Recruit new Mentors and Volunteers
• Cover the costs of background checks and insurance
• Offer ongoing supervision and support for each Mentor and young person
• Provide cultural and social activities to enrich the opportunities for at-risk
youth
• Provide at-risk youth with positive alternatives to negative behavior
• Provide a positive way for young people to spend free time
Here are the different ways you can donate:
Individual Support
Financial donations provide direct and immediate support. Donors usually qualify for tax deductions.

Tribute & Memorial Gifts
Giving a gift in memory of a loved one or in honor of a birthday, anniversary, or special occasion is a special way to pay tribute to that special someone while supporting the mission Stop the Madness. All memorial and honor gifts will be acknowledged through a personal note sent by Stop the Madness National, Inc. to the honored person(s).
Pledges
Pledges allow donors to make ongoing gifts over a period of months or years. To arrange for quarterly or annual donations, contact Stop the Madness National, Inc. at (423) 648-7820.
Employer Matching Gifts
Many employers match their employees’ gifts to charitable institutions. Some companies will match the gifts of employee spouses and retired employees as well. Ask the human resources or benefits office at your workplace for more information. Find out if your company has a matching gifts program.
Donate Items: In-Kind Donations
Do you have a facility, a service or office supplies you would like to donate to Stop the Madness? Please contact your local agency to see if they can accept your donation.

Your local Stop the Madness agency may offer additional giving options. Contact your local agency to find out about additional ways to give.
No matter how much you give, when you donate to Stop the Madness you directly assist in helping to “stop the madness by touching lives.”
